It is the largest community of education professionals in the world. They offer accreditation and certification, assessment, professional services, and consulting to help schools drive continuous improvement.
Cognia seeks to provide solutions to schools and help better outcomes for all students. The Cognia accreditation process for C4L Academy began with an internal school review, followed by a number of surveys from our students, staff, and teaching faculty. The results of the evaluation are represented in the Index of Education Quality (IEQ™). The IEQ™ comprises three domains:
1) The impact of teaching and learning on student performance.
2) The leadership capacity to govern.
3) The use of resources and data to support and optimize learning.
The External Review Team commended C4L Academy for having “a firm foundation and strong commitment to provide the very best for its students, as well as a commitment to excellence that will be enhanced as the school continues to focus on school improvement.”
C4L Academy is a registered member of the California State Department of Education.
