Rami Muth, M.A.

Governing Board Member

Rami Muth served as Superintendent of the Martinez Unified School District for 8 years until her retirement in June of 2016 closing a 40 year career in education. During her tenure, Rami developed and implemented a compelling vision of 21st century education that supported academic achievement for all students. As an innovative leader, Rami brought important resources to the district by forging strong, positive relationships with the immediate community as well as many outside agencies including the City of Martinez.

Rami serves as a consultant for Leadership Associates providing professional development and coaching support for superintendents and other educational leaders. She has served on the Executive Board of the non-profit, #hersmile since 2016. Rami is a passionate advocate of Social and Emotional Learning and has been instrumental in bringing the Choose Love curriculum to students throughout Contra Costa County to create safe, positive learning environments for all students. Rami also serves as an ambassador for the program delivering professional development opportunities for schools and districts in Northern California.

At C4L Academy, Rami supports the educational community serving as a consultant and a governing board member. Her work with C4L Academy has focused on Human Resources policies and procedures. Rami has worked with the executive team to develop a governance structure that is flexible and supports efficient and effective operational procedures.
